Aubrey Peeples

Aubrey Peeples (born Aubrey Peeples) is an American actor and singer from the United States. She is most famous for portraying Layla Grant on the television drama Nashville (2012) as well as Claudia Shepard (Sharknado 2013). She was the lead character Jerrica Jem benton in the 2015 film Jem and the Holograms. Aubrey Peeples grew up in Lake Mary Florida by parents Wendy and Ashley. She is the younger sister of Ally. Aubrey was a member of Orlando Repertory Theatre during her youth. Aubrey graduated from Lake Mary Preparatory School where she was the valedictory speaker for the class of 2012. Harvard University had accepted her. However, they agreed to her admission two times. It was the second time due to her Nashville role. Peeples was on the screen in Drop Dead Diva (2009) Burn Notice (2007) Austin & Ally (2011, Grey's Anatomy (2005) and Grey's Anatomy (2005) as well as Grey's Anatomy (2005). Peeples also played a frequent part in Necessary Rustness (1991). She also appeared in TV movies Ace Ventura Jr. Pet Detective (2009 as well as The Good Mother). Peeples was a part of the cast on the role of a prominent recurring character in a second season of the drama series Nashville where she played Layla Grant.
